Ames makes 12 Hardness testers. We produce standard and superficial hardness testers for purchase on our website. Some hardness testers weigh quite a bit, such as our 4-4 model, so we also sell a bench stand that is designed to allow you to use the tester with both hands. The bench stand holds your tester at just the right angle for use, not allowing the tester to slip or slide or spin. The bench stand does not wear on the handle of the stand and lasts for the life of your tester.
Each hardness tester handle is designed in the same way, so the bench stand can be used for any of our hardness tester models.
